A strong management team is necessary at the top of every company. This team, and our company as a whole, are headed by CEO and founder of APF Autoparts, Jürgen Sonck, pictured at the front. The management team also includes the head of sales, the warehouse manager, the head of finance and the aftermarket purchase manager.
This team assists the company’s management in a range of fields. The support team is made up of members with various responsibilities, including process management, data management, marketing, and an executive assistant.
Our warehouse managers steer our work there in the right direction. Among other things, they are responsible for day-to-day operations.
The accounting team organises our company’s accounting by following up on payments from customers, drawing up credit notes, and arranging payments to suppliers. Our HR manager Chantal (at the back-right) is also in close contact with the accounting department as well as other departments to make sure our HR department runs smoothly.
This department forms the bridge between customers and APF Autoparts. This is where orders from customers are placed and activated. Customers always receive sufficient information about their order. Clear communication is crucial here. Export focuses specifically on foreign customers.

The purchasing department processes orders from our procurement departments and orders what is needed from our suppliers. Team members gather information about parts and their order status.
In our warehouse, we focus on stock picking and order picking, which involves picking, packing and preparing orders for transportation. We load the orders as soon as trucks arrive, and we also process returns. Our stock and packaging team is the beating heart of our company!
The night shift employees in our warehouse scans all incoming parts and prepares packages that need to leave early.
Our drivers are out on the road every day bringing parts and orders to our customers in Flanders and Wallonia.
We recently decided to set up an in-house IT team.
Our representatives on the road maintain contact between the sales market and colleagues in our office. They also guarantee a close bond with our Flemish and Walloon customers.
