Job description

You will be part of the export department and provide customer support. Among other things, you will handle all orders from your assigned customer portfolio. You guarantee correct invoicing and delivery. You can easily work independently. You have strong communication skills and attach great importance to customer-friendliness and service. Knowledge of the automotive spare parts market is a plus.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • You process and confirm orders within the agreed deadline.
  • You prepare quotations and request information from suppliers.
  • You communicate mainly by e-mail with your assigned international customers.
  • You take the initiative to always provide the best service for your customers.

Profile

  • You are administratively strong, very accurate and orderly.
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English, especially written.
  • You take initiative and have no problems with deadlines.
  • You are very customer-friendly and communicative.
