Job description

You will be part of the Sales Belgium department and will be responsible for customer support. As a customer support administrative assistant (salesclerk), you will handle customer orders, back orders, parts availability and cancellations, among other things. You will ensure correct delivery. You can work independently and are a strong communicator who attaches great importance to customer friendliness and service. Knowledge of the automotive parts market is an advantage. You will be part of the Sales Belgium team.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • You check availability with suppliers or the purchasing department.
  • You communicate via email and phone with Belgian customers and help them with all possible problems.
  • You follow up on back orders.
  • You take the initiative to always provide the best service for your customers.

Profile

  • You are administratively strong, very precise and orderly.
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English, both orally and in writing.
  • You take initiative and have no problems with deadlines.
  • You are very customer-friendly and communicative.
