As purchasing administrative assistant, your responsibilities include handling all orders from your assigned suppliers. You can easily work independently and have strong communication skills. Knowledge of the automotive spare parts market is a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities
You process and confirm orders within the agreed deadline.
You request information from suppliers.
You communicate via e-mail with the international suppliers and other internal departments.
You work accurately and follow the imposed procedures to fulfil orders.
Profile
You are administratively strong, very precise and orderly.
You have a very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Outlook and Excel.
You can express yourself fluently in English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
You are collegial and function well in a team but also work very well individually.
You take initiative and have no problem with deadlines
